Thankyou for your feedback. I am sorry to hear that you had some issues with the standards of your room. This is not the standard that we aim to provide and we are currently working on this with our ongoing renovations. I am sorry that this has caused you some disturbance as we had some technical difficulties with getting the information out to our guests. We understand the frustration this has caused and recognise this is not the standard we aim to provide. We are currently reviewing the process to ensure this does not happen again.
