This is not the standard that we aim to provide and we are currently working on this with our ongoing renovations. I am sorry that this has caused you some disturbance as we had some technical difficulties with getting the information out to our guests. Ottima la posizione ma essendo membro gold non ho avuto ne upgrade della camera ne check in anticipato ma solo un biglietto di buon soggiorno appoggiato sul letto. Hotel datato e mancava anche di frigo bar nella camera. Posizione invece eccezionale, veramente comoda a tutto

La struttura si trova a 2 minuti da george square e su una delle arterie principali della città dove potrete incontrare negozi di abbigliamento di alta moda e merchant city con diversi ristoranti internazionali. Lo staff sempre professionale, gentile e disponibile ad ascoltare. Mi è stata assegnata la stanza 506 però come detto in precedenza l’hotel ha bisogno di essere ristrutturato per via della moquette, dei mobili e del bagno. La rumorosità è da migliorare sia quella interna che quella esterna per via di finestre che devono essere sostituite. La connessione wifi non sempre stabile ma veloce. La colazione è completa e con possibilità di ordinare piatti di preferenza e lo staff molto cordiale. Insomma direi che il prezzo pagato per la stanza è troppo alto per le caratteristiche della stanza però l’esperienza è positiva per la posizione, lo staff e la colazione.
