I have been coming here for several years. The only thing to improve on is the internet connection (wifi) in the rooms. besides the staffs are extremely wonderful, we have Valeriana in the Restaurant Maria, Jordi and other at the Front Desk under the supervision of Mr Elpidio. It is always a pleasure to come so far and feel at home

The Sunday Buffet as usual was perfect!! Great salad choices, sea food, a wide variety of different cuisines and finishing with delicious sorts of dessert. Great staff as usual, special thanks to Esperanza at the restaurant reception!!!

The hotel is very comfortable and has everything that you need for a prolonged stay. The rooms are great with comfortable beds. Mariano in the restaurant, Jordi at the front desk, Francis and the laundry team, and Juan Felix and Juan Carlos behind the bar are very good at their jobs and do their best to help you feel at home.

Poor Maintenance and Lack of Customer Service

I travel a lot for work and was booked here for two weeks. I didn't enjoy the stay. The hotel is severely moisture damaged. The dining area has a leak in the ceiling which is not from the rain but from the 2nd floor, possibly from the above room's bathroom. The shower in the room that I stayed in would allow water to get onto the floor due to no water seals along the shower door and wall causing black mold to grow. The elevator needs maintenance. The elevator door sensors don't allow the doors to close on the 1st, 2nd, 3rd or 4th try. You end up getting frustrated with wanting to use the elevator and wish that you took the stairs as it probably would be quicker. When you walk by the reception's desk, the front doors open when really it should open when you're 3 feet away, not 20 feet away and this also allows the birds to fly in. Which, in itself, is a health hazard. The internet barely works or doesn't work at all. How are you supposed to get any work done when you're on a business trip. Supposedly this is controlled by the government but wouldn't you want the Wi-Fi to work at places of business? The wallpaper on the walls are pealing from the humidity. It's best to remove it and paint the walls. The breakfast is cold everyday. Pans of food sit on the warmers that are not turned on until 30-60 minutes after the food is brought out. The food is expensive. A very nice spread of a buffet for Sundays 1pm-4pm but costs 28,000 CFA ($45) with no drink included. Look at 3,000 CFA ($5) for a diet Coke that should cost 500 CFA ($0.80). One of the staff members at the front desk doesn't even acknowledge you as you tell them good morning when their job is customer service and should make you feel welcome. Most of the staff members are so caught up into their phones that they lack customer service (especially the one noted). I hope he enjoys his Facebook, YouTube, or TikTok because he should stay home for all the time if it's that important. If this was a vacation trip, I would not stay here. Maybe the hotel needs an unannounced trip to see how things really are here.
