I stayed at the Novotel hotel and really enjoyed the stay. A special note to the front desk staff. I got injured on the trip and they assisted me greatly. Avan was very helpful with all my requests and supported me in my stay. I will be runing all business meetings here due to the great support.

We had a residential wedding on 25/26th Dec and the staff at all levels went out of way to accommodate our requests..Shailaja in Sales, Pena in Banquets, Debojyoti The Chef, Irshad the force behind all banqueting arrangements, Nikita at check in ..Rooms comfortable, Food too good, Flexibility what is expected from a brand.. All in all a highly recommend experience

Exceptional customer service by the entire team! From the waiters during breakfast, special invitation to the Christmas tree lighting event which was a highlight with the kids to and personal welcome with the hotel's general manager! A big shout out to Kajol and Kapil!
