We had a wonderful dining experience at Novotel Ahmedabad. The food was absolutely delicious, well-presented, and full of flavor. A special mention to Chef Mintu, who went out of his way to prepare custom cuisines for us exactly as per our preferences — truly appreciated and made our experience memorable. Heartfelt thanks to Satish, who was serving us. His service was extremely courteous, attentive, and professional. He made sure we were comfortable throughout and added a personal touch to the entire experience. Overall, great hospitality, amazing food, and a team that truly cares about guest satisfaction. Highly recommended!

Stayed at Novotel Ahmedabad and thoroughly enjoyed the hospitality. The room was spacious, well-lit, and perfectly cleaned,maintained throughout my visit. Housekeeping deserves a special mention for their consistency and care — from timely cleaning to organizing amenities thoughtfully, *Amrita* did did an amazing job. Breakfast was awesome. Overall, a smooth and satisfying stay.🙂🙂
