This is a relaxing place and close to town, walking distance to most things but the S-que restaurant is unbelievably. We had breakfast and dinner there and it was of the best quality. You won’t regret a visit here. We love broken hill .

Clean comfortable rooms, spend multiple weeks a month here with work. Friendly and attentive staff that always are quick to try and meet any requests. Highly recommend. Aircon in each room, good pool, great restaurant, quality room service if not feeling like dining in.

Clean spacious rooms with daily room service. The usual shampoo and body wash in the bathroom. Parking outside the rooms was a bit tight with the big vehicles, still Manageable though. Lovely restaurant on site the food was delicious, sadly not open on Saturday night at present.

This is my go-to in Broken Hill for work travel. Great staff. I find the best comfortable, but my co-worker said she didn't, but I sleep great here. After a long day, its nice to order room service. Here's something you don't even get at the four seasons...... I ordered dinner with their peanut butter ice cream cake for dessert. They bring me my meal, and tell me they'll be back a little bit later with my dessert. Not because they're busy, so that it doesn't melt while you eat your dinner. Such a simple act, but much appreciated by this guest! Thanks for the great stays.

First I thought it's a nice hotel. But the truth is: I have never seen so many cockroaches at one spot before in my life! After I killed the 7th cockroach in my room in the evening I went to the reception. And then I saw where all the cockroaches came from: outside my room in the corridor I saw hundreds (yes, seriously. I don't exaggerate: hundreds ) of cockroaches. Small ones and also very big ones. How did they get in my room: There is a small gap between all room doors and the floor. I saw also in front of neighbouring rooms great numbers of cockroaches. I am sure, they have been in all rooms. Cockroaches are bad and disgusting enough. But even worse was the reaction of the guy at reception: first he tried to fool me by replying with a smile "that's normal here, we have always many cockroaches". When I told him that this is not normal he came with me to my room and was himself obviously shocked by the huge amount of cockroaches everywhere inside and outside the room. No, it's not normal that a hotel is full of cockroaches. It's disgusting and a proof of poor hygiene. I wonder how many cockroaches they have in their restaurant. Shut down the hotel, call pest control for a couple of days. And give the receptionist some training how to deal with complaints. I moved out the same evening.
