My stay at this hotel was truly enjoyable from start to finish. The staff went above and beyond to ensure I felt comfortable and welcome, with Pat and Laty at the front desk standing out for their exceptional service. They were incredibly helpful, even taking the time to guide me on how to navigate the public bus system to visit Buddha Park. The room itself was a perfect retreat—clean, cozy, and well-maintained. I was particularly impressed by the strong water pressure in the shower, which added to the overall comfort. I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a quality stay. It's definitely worth every penny.

I am very pleased with the accommodations, which were both nice and clean. The location of the hotel is also excellent, providing easy access to various attractions and amenities. I would like to extend special thanks to Laty at the reception. Her service was outstanding, and her friendliness truly enhanced my experience. She was exceptionally helpful and made me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. It is clear that she is a valuable asset to your team.

The staff was so wonderful. Very attentive, genuinely cheerful, and accommodating. The hotel was impeccably clean. You will not see dirty windows or grime anywhere. Spotless! My room was great. The bed was so comfortable. I ate breakfast in the morning. All the offerings were fresh and delicious.

I've stayed for one night, the room was ok with the price-ratio, comfortable and rightly size, i got the corner room on the 3rd floor. Shower is a bit small but adequate, strangely one has to pay for toothbrush. I woke up late and enjoy my coffee but missed the buffet breakfast. Staff are friendly although English are limited. I will stay again if I'm around the area. Wifi is horrible and eratic, I couldn't get proper connection.

I visited Laos for the first time after COVID. I chose Ibis partly because of the membership. The hotel is not very huge, but the location is quite central. It was the first time for me to stay here for holiday unlike my previous visits and having no car, the location was important. The room is clean and neat. The bathroom is bright and has basic amenities. Compared with other hotels, this hotel is slightly more expensive, but quality is good.
