Aerocity is a good compromise for Delhi, being excellent for the airport, out of the inner city chaos, and with the great metro link into New Delhi. The Novotel is a typical example of the brand, and has comfortable rooms with standard amenities. The Asian Fusion restaurant between the Pullman ad the Novotel on the basement level is excellent, once you have managed to find it. Check in was chaotic, and the staff were poorly trained and it took insistence on getting a manager to sort out issues. Sadly, the Novotel seems to be double selling rooms, which was highlighted by my 6 pm check in having no non smoking rooms available. How this happens when check out is 12 and check in starts at 3? The manager eventually magicked us rooms. Airport hotels in Delhi have a bad habit of manipulating the rooms. Many flights to Europe leave after midnight while inbound arrive around midnight, and they often sell grossly extended check out and sell rooms to guests wanting a sleep before their flight. I suspect that this pattern is in play here. Otherwise a good nights sleep and a short transit to T3

Good location, very close to the airport (please note: some better hotels are further away from the airport and there is always a lot of traffic). It takes only a few minutes to get to the airport. Very hectic arrival with security check and check in - not well done, they should have more staff to handle this process more efficiently. Rooms are ok for one night. Executive lounge has very basic food and drink options. Three star hotel, very convenient location close to the airport. So ok for one night before or after a long flight.

Best hotel I stay. I rate this hotel 4.9 out of 5. during my training on march 3 to 13, 2025 I stayed at this hotel. I found that it is best hotel to stay. Pressinh and cleaning clothes is fantasting and extraordinary. All hotel staff are very helpful and cooperative. Love this place.
