Excellent family rooms & superb breakfast choice with friendly staff , a special mention to James on reception who went out his way to return a personal item I had left by mistake in room He was very helpful & ensured it was returned to me at my home address within a couple of days 😀

The hotel has improved since my last visit. The rooms are newly renovated, clean, and comfortable. The staff is friendly and accommodating. However, the hotel is quite warm, even with the air conditioning, and it can be noisy in the morning, especially with event setups outside the windows. We didn't use the spa or pool facilities this time, as we weren't impressed with them during our last visit.

Great one night stay at the hotel, room was a great size and had one king with two singles beds. Room and bathroom were really clean & spacious, wardrobe too and small fridge with complimentary water. The bed was very comfy. Breakfast was really nice also and the restaurant within the hotel was fab.

Met jade on reception as we arrived, very friendly, very helpful, asked us the reason for our stay and as it was a birthday we were upgraded to priviledged room, given a welcome drinks voucher for the bar and a complimentary late checkout. Checkin and checkout was simple and quick, every member of staff we passed spoke to us and were very friendly. Hotel looked after our bags before our stay aswell so we could go out without a suitcase. Room was very clean, well stocked and a nice place to be. View from the topfloor was really good, could see the golf course and a wedding! Being really picky a couple of bits in the bathroom could probably do with a refresh but it took away nothing from the stay or the service. Would definitely consider staying again if we visited Newcastle in the future.
