I would like to thank the staff at Mercure Pontianak for their honesty and kind return of my property which I stupidly left in the safe in the room after checking out. Thank you and extremely grateful to especially to Selin. The stay was also very pleasant with nice big room and the hotel is well located with a shopping mall next door.

Excellent Stay with Outstanding Service! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had a fantastic stay at Mercure Hotel Pontianak! From the moment I arrived, the staff went above and beyond to ensure a comfortable and pleasant experience. The hotel is well-maintained, the rooms are clean and spacious, and the facilities are excellent. A special mention to Ms. Selin and Ms. Vivi, who provided outstanding service throughout my stay. Their warm hospitality, professionalism, and attention to detail made a huge difference. They were always ready to assist with a smile, making me feel truly valued as a guest. I highly recommend Mercure Hotel Pontianak to anyone visiting the area. Looking forward to returning soon!

Our stay at Mercure Hotel was a delightful experience, with exceptionally clean and comfortable rooms, a prime location near the city's main attractions, and a friendly staff always ready to assist. The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of delicious options, and the rooftop pool provided stunning views of the surrounding area. We particularly appreciated the small touches like complimentary bottled water and the prompt room service. Overall, a fantastic choice for a relaxing getaway in Pontianak.

I really am amazed with a wonderful arrangement for my BD celebration and kind hospitality. It was so nice breakfast as well. The ladies at the reception desk were so kind. The bed is comfortable. The location is near the mall very great stay.

The location is so strategist in the city center that near so many local places. I statisfied by the service that very quick to respond, also they have a good bariety of food for breakfast! We have to go tp singkawang and come back the day after tomorow and they offer us to put our things in the concierge. Thank you
