The staff are excellent. Not just the polite doorman, the attentive front desk staff but also every single one of the wait staff. Mr. Adil, the kind and generous concierge, was helpful and went well out of his way to help with any request. The beds were dream-like with feather mattress pads over perfectly firm mattresses. The towels were the best I have ever had and were the perfect size. The food in the restaurants was fresh, delicious and well presented. There was nothing missing at breakfast. All other 5Star hotels will now be measured by the Sofitel standard.

Always a pleasant treat to return to this hotel. Spa treatments are lovely and we are presently enjoying a meal at Warda, the hotel’s traditional Moroccan restaurant. Lemia is a particularly kind and gracious server! Breakfast buffet is also amazing!

warm personal and excellent service from the staff, specifically from the manager miss Karen Ochion. Floating on air, a lux hotel with great service through out. the restaurant near the pool was excellent and the breakfast buffet. The Guest Relation Team very helpful especially Hajar you couldn't ask for better. The grounds are amazing from the carefully manicured lawns to the magnificent pools.
