A nice and convenient hotel close to the airport

If you have a short stay in Taiwan / Taipeh, this hotel is a perfect and easy place to reach: only one station from the Airport Terminal by MRT (local subway). But not only this! From Novotel Taoyuan you can easily access Taipeh, sightseeing locations like the old Daxi road, and of course the high speed rail connection in Taoyuan. You will meet a very friendly hotel team and check in in convenient and modern rooms. Breakfast from very early in the morning (5:30?) till 10, a very good buffet.

Our flight was delayed significantly so I emailed the hotel and each time received prompted, helpful and detailed replies. We caught a cab from the airport. Only 3 minutes at 125 NT$. After a long day of flight delays it was a pleasure to be greeted warmly by the front desk staff. I’m platinum but the lounge was closed at this later hour - well after midnight. Totally understandable. Room upgraded to a runway view. Bottled water provided. Super helpful with our luggage. Room was spacious, clean, modern and quiet. We slept very well. Wifi and aircon worked well. The breakfast was fabulous. Lots of western and Asian options. Plenty of space and friendly staff everywhere. We visited the lounge on the next day about lunch time for a jet lag cure (a can of Coke Zero). We walked next door (just a few metres) to take the MRT subway into Taipei city. Every staff interaction was very friendly and helpful. I’d stay here again without hesitation.

As with any Accor group hotels, rooms were nice and clean. Shuttle bus to the airport terminals were provided. However, the staff are generally rude, and declined to acknowledge me as an Accor member. I had the room on open credit, but they demanded me to pay in full cash when my room service arrived. They gave a reason that the restaurant rejected my request to charge to my room.

Average hotel, just good for a nap & a shower before travel, it wasn’t that clean, surprising for a room on that price tag. Restaurant food was ok & friendly personen. Near of the airport & quick transfer to the terminals by shuttle bus, shuttle bus every half hour

Very good airport hotel with helpful staff

We had one night’s stay here so we weren’t there for long but it was a really good, modern hotel with great staff. Our check in clerk spoke perfect English and was extremely helpful. The rooms were clean and comfortable. There’s nothing around here so we went to the hotel bar and had some nice food and drinks, not cheap, but good and again very nice staff. We got the bus shuttle to the airport, it left exactly on time so don’t be late!
