Excellent hotel and nice experience. Good location and easy to park a car. Rooms were clean and we loved hotel pool area. Service was very good. We would like to give a special thanks to receptionist Hamid, he was very helpful ,professional and giving good advices to us. We travelled from Finland and we were in this hotel twice, one night each. Absolutely we will go back next time :)

Overall the hotel was quite dated and old looking. It only had one elevator that was very very slow. The pool area looked nice, but by late afternoon it was completely shaded by the hotel. The room was standard, though it wasn’t immaculately clean. The AC in the room worked well and the water pressure was good, but there was no fan in the bathroom, no fridge, only two outlets on the far side of the room, and the bed sheets had holes. The hotel wifi was not working, so we had to walk to the hotel across the street if we wanted to use wifi. The dinner was very average, meats were dry and it looked like most of the hot food had been sitting out for a while, even though we arrived only 15 minutes after dinner started. However, there was a variety of fresh fruit which was very tasty. The breakfast was alright, the milk and yogurt were chilled which was nice.

This was one of the best Ibis hotels that I have stayed in. The rooms were quite basic, as with most Ibis hotels but adequate for our one night stay. It is quite near the Kasbah e Taourirt which is well worth a visit. The staff were friendly and helpful and our included breakfast was fine.

Nice Hotel with lovely swimming pool. Well worth the money. Very close to everything,and about a 30 walk from Airport. I felt very safe around the area and also around Ouarzazate. Breakfast was adaqate and coffee was good. Would definitely be back.

A very well maintained hotel. We were treated like family! Great food selection, great bar service and hospitality. Friendly staff that catered to our every desire. Restaurant had a big buffet for breakfast and dinner with a large variety of selection. I highly recommend this hotel if staying in Ouarzazate!
