The service at this establishment was excellent. The room was always impeccably clean, and the bed was very comfortable, making for a restful stay. The staff were extremely helpful and attentive, always willing to go the extra mile to ensure a pleasant experience. great location, comfortable room except for noise from train

Request a room on the side opposite of the train tracks. The other side is VERY close to the train. There are double windows so when they are closed you don't hear the noise very much. But it was hot in our room (heat was on automatically and we couldn't not turn it off) so we wanted the windows open for cooler air. It would be good if each individual room could control the temperature.

Excellent experience. We arrived in the night (around 11:30 PM) and all went fine and smooth to get the room and all the required information. We were also able to have the breakfast very early in the morning. The service was perfect.

all y need is there, dining is also ok, some are apparantly giving negative comments, but one cannot compare this with third-party restaurants, the staff is very friendly, helpfull and fast, the food & drinks are ok, so no complains
