Unfortunately, my tour schedule one night stay @ Mercure. This resort provides stunning views from every angle. There are plenty of things to do for family, including swimming indoors and outdoors , mini golf, game room, spa, fitness center, and children play area. The resort needs some updates. However, I was satisfied with my stay.

We were on a group tour to Dubai and only stayed here for one night. I wish we could’ve stayed longer. It was absolutely beautiful there. It’s very modern with beautiful views. Our room was perfect and bathroom was spa-like. The lounge was very nice to visit before our buffet dinner. The sunset was breathtaking. Our dinner and next day breakfast buffets were outstanding. I honestly didn’t want to leave this hotel. If visiting Dubai, this hotel is a must. I loved everything about it.

Worst lunch experience. Food bordering on inedible. Service sweet but ineffectual. Long wait for bad food. Considering the view is its selling point. Clean the windows and the sills!. Food not even well microwaved. Cold in the centre. Price point ok.

We spent 2 nights with 2 couples without children during the Eid Al Ada break in June 2024. Amazing swimming pool and amazing location. Staff quite helpful and friendly. Good Internet. Absolute no-go: a 4 star hotel serving plastic tableware and plastic straws, which are banned in the UAE. It is incomprehensible why the Mercure hotel still uses them. Very loud environment, with metal chairs in the restaurants sliding over the stone floor. No nice bar or restaurant to escape from the heat and just sit back to read a book or surf on your phone. Entire installation is quite worn out, with limited investment being done recently. Cocktails are very diluted, with nearly no buzz, and therefore too expensive. Overall it was overpriced (800 AED per night including breakfast).

This hotel is on an amazing property high atop a mountain overlooking the entire city of Al Ain. It's a nice enough property with an amazing view but in desperate need of an update. It was apparently built in the 80s and definitely is showing its age. The decor is very dated. The rooms are comfortable enough but feel old and the bathrooms feel very 80s as well. The staff was nice, and the buffet breakfast was pretty good. Not a bad stay but the hotel could use a facelift.
