Beautiful, well maintained hotel walking distance to city center. Our party stayed two nights. Exceptional service from breakfast to nightcap cocktails. Ramiro and Jerson at the bar were knowledgeable and so friendly. Would highly recommend Novotel as home base for your Cusco adventures.

Incredible architecture. The building is about 500 years old and of historical significance. Front desk staff could not have been more friendly and helpful. The restaurant was wonderful and we had a gourmet Peruvian food tasting which was incredible. Service staff throughout the hotel were great. I can not imagine a better place to stay in the historic section of Cusco.

Cusco stay before hiking Inca Trail

We stayed here while in Peru to walk the Inca Trail. It’s a fantastic hotel with great amenities. The staff are very professional and so friendly making us feel very welcome. The breakfasts were just amazing with everything from chia bowl to fried eggs and sweet treats and supervised by the wonderful Mayara and Marita 💕 The rooms are well appointed with everything we needed, spacious and comfortable beds. Overall a great experience here and would definitely stay here again if we ever return to Cusco .
