Me as a regular customer was asked to pay 210€ per night. In the past I always slept here for 100€ or less. Right after me asking the reason for this rate they lowered it to 160€. I will never stay in the hotel again. Great example how to destroy long term relationship.

We had a very easy and fast check in/out experience. The mattresses were comfy, not too hard and not too soft. The pillows have two signs on if you prefer sleeping ”high or low”. My personal highlight was “Rituals” shower gel, shampoo, and hand lotion.

We stayed for 1 night, very clean hotel room, good location, but the hotel room was 3 times more expensive than normal as there was a sports event in the city. For this price we would have expected there to be working air conditioning in the room, especially since the temperature during the day was around 27 degrees and our room was on the 8th floor with a south facing balcony on a sunny day. When we phoned up reception to say the air conditioning is not working and it was 25 degrees in our room at night we were told that someone would be out in the morning to look at it. We then had to remind the person that we are only staying for 1 night so it's not much help to us if someone comes out in the morning. They just repeated that someone will be out in the morning and we weren't offered any other solutions like moving rooms or bringing a fan up to our room. We were staying with our 9 month old baby who was not used to the heat and was up all night. When we complained about this again at check out we were told that the heating is centralised and that they were turning the air conditioning on the day we were checking out. For the price we paid I think it was unacceptable that they didn't have air conditioning or didn't organise the air conditioning to be switched on when the it was that warm outside, or offer any alternative solutions to make our stay more comfortable especially when travelling with a baby.

Room was big clean and spacious with views over the Tisza River. Beds were big and comfortable. Wi-Fi was OK and TV with local and few international channels. The terrace was amazing with views over the Tisza River. Breakfast was very good with plenty variety of food. Everything was perfect!

Ресторан за доручак на нивоу Е, изнад лоби бара и рецепције, нуди велики избор за доручак, чак и за вегетаријанце, велики избор кафе, сокова и чајева. Свака част ресторану. На рецепцији су веома љубазни и увек вам на услузи. Сви говоре енглески тако да је комуникација у реду. По потреби можете користити хотелски паркинг, али уз доплату. Одлично искуство. и свака препорука. Биљана, Београд, Србија🇷🇸 Very pleasant stay at this hotel, second time this year. The rooms are nice and clean and all have a view of the Tisza or the center. In the room you have a safe, hair dryer, shampoo, shower, liquid hand soap, kettle, coffee, sugar, tea and water. Rooms are cleaned every day. The breakfast restaurant on level E, above the lobby bar and reception, offers a large selection for breakfast, even for vegetarians, a large selection of coffees, juices and teas. Kudos to the restaurant. At the reception, they are very friendly and always at your service. Everyone speaks English so communication is fine. If necessary, you can use the hotel parking lot, but with an additional charge. Great experience. and any recommendation. Biljana, Belgrade, Serbia🇷🇸
