Please be assured that we take your comments seriously and are addressing the issues you mentioned with housekeeping, staffing, and follow-up procedures. Regarding the sauna, it opens from 3:00 PM as most guests enjoy exploring Garmisch-Partenkirchen earlier in the day, but we are always happy to accommodate individual requests. Dear valued guest, Thank you for sharing your feedback regarding your stay with us. We truly regret that the swimming pool was unavailable during your visit and that the alternative arrangement caused you discomfort. We completely understand your frustration, as you chose our hotel for the convenience of having the pool on-site after a day of skiing. Unfortunately, despite our best efforts and an expedited 24-hour express delivery, the replacement part for the pool took longer to arrive than anticipated. We deeply regret this situation and would have preferred to offer you a more seamless experience. Please accept our sincerest apologies for the inconvenience this caused.
