Dear Karle, Thank you for your review. We're glad to hear that the cleanliness of our establishment met your expectations. It's also pleasing to know our location proved convenient for your needs, being situated at the heart of the city with easy access to local sights and transport. We regret to hear that the soundproofing did not meet your expectations; however, we would like to clarify that our accommodations are designed with double glazing windows to provide a more quiet and comfortable environment. We apologize if this was not your experience. Additionally, while we do not have power outlets right by the bed, we strive to provide all necessary amenities for a comfortable stay, including air conditioning and free Wi-Fi. We're concerned to hear about your perception of the surrounding area at night; however, our guests' safety is a priority, and we are located in the vibrant heart of the city with various attractions within walking distance. We understand the importance of a comfortable work environment, so we'd like to highlight that our rooms come equipped with a desk and high-speed internet, though we regret to hear about the insufficient number of plug sockets. Our hotel aims to cater to all guests, including those staying alone, and while we usually provide one pillow per person, additional pillows can be requested at reception.
