Hotel Review: Unfortunately, I must advise against staying at this hotel. The security deficiencies began with a broken lock on the room door, which caused an unsettling feeling. The hygiene was severely lacking; dirty bed linen, as well as floors and walls, were not only unsightly but also unhygienic. The toilet was also dirty, and there was a lack of soap in the shower. To make matters worse, it was noisy at night, making restful sleep impossible. The overall sense of security was non-existent, which is especially unacceptable for children and families. In my opinion, the hotel is not just in need of renovation but should rather be replaced with a new building, as the current conditions are no longer bearable. Untrained, unskilled staff. They have no understanding of hotel management. Personnel non formé, non qualifié. Ils ne comprennent rien à la gestion hôtelière.

SCAM RUUUUN we booked a hotel room on booking.com and the money was already taken from the account but once we arrived there, the hotel receptionist (the Tunisian woman) told us to pay AGAIN and in cash because their system WAS DOWN !!!! we had to pay and booking.com told us that they could refund us if the hotel gave us a receipt of our payment but they did not want to !!!! BIG SCAM PLEASE DONT BOOK AT THIS HOTEL

The price is great. Room had no ventilation - let alone no a/c - and it was over 30 C outside and hot throughout most of the night. There is no in-room shower nor toilet. Breakfast was very simple but fine as it was an all-you-can-eat. Youth hostel category.

Disgusting, dirty, unprofessional, aweful unknowledgable staff. This place needs demolishing and build a proper hotel. But the French won't do that, they'll just ignore everyone and continue to rob you.

We stayed there for 1 night. The hotel did not provided the impression of safety as well as neighbourhood, so do not take it if you plan to walk to the center. Receptionist is unrelaible person. We made a mistake in dates of reservation and he told he won't charge us for wrong date, but he did. This was the only reason we stayed and did not switched to another hotel. Another anoying thing- you hear what your neighbours do, so you cannot sleep even when you are tired. I won't recommend this hotel as I felt the same if I would sleep in my car.
