Dear Venture, Thank you for taking the time to share such a detailed review of your stay. We truly appreciate your honesty and the constructive feedback — especially given your high expectations and travel experience. We’re very pleased to hear you enjoyed our central location, found the breakfast above average, and were satisfied with the room itself. That said, we’re truly sorry to read about your experience with the key cards, and we completely understand how frustrating and inconvenient this situation must have been for you. You’re absolutely right — the way this was handled did not reflect the standard of service we aim to provide. While we do have a policy of removing cards left in the power slot when guests are not in the room — as part of our commitment to energy efficiency — this should never result in confusion or leave guests feeling like their time and comfort are not respected. At the very least, a clear note should have been left in the room, and our team should have communicated the policy better upon check-in. We also sincerely regret that you felt the interaction at the reception was dismissive or unprofessional. That is not the impression we ever want to leave. As for the key card functionality issues — that clearly compounded your frustration, and we are already reviewing this with our technical and front desk teams to ensure better quality control and guest support in the future. Your comment about “actions speaking louder than words” is noted and taken seriously. We are actively working to improve the clarity of our in-room policies and staff communication. Feedback like yours helps us do that. Once again, please accept our sincere apologies for the experience you had — not just for the inconvenience, but for the feeling that your time and patience weren’t properly valued.
