I think the lobby and the hallway is like a museum you will enjoy having pictures, the room is clean and comfortable. The food was ok. And the breakfast is very good, the staff have an open warm to welcome the guests from all around the world. Very nice experience

The women who made us visit was very kindfull. The hôtel is impressive, royal room too and all the decoration was beautiful. The Park is also very impressive with all the animals and the vegetation. I wish I will come back to have a good day. Thanks!!

I was there for couple of hours i enjoyed every moment there, the style was so fancy and royal. The location was magnificent and wonderful,very near to the city center and to luxor temple. The garden was so organised and very impressive. I would love to come again soon

Warm welcome and smooth check in. O was informed that my room was upgraded however when I got there, to my unpleasant surprise, this was situated in the right wing of the hotel right by the AC units, which made any stay on the balcony to admire the gardens impossible. I would never call this an upgrade but rather a downgrade, very disappointing. On the other hand the staff was nice

I spent there few hours ,and it wad the best time ever i rnjoyed the garden view on the terrace and had fresh orange juice, it was so perfect.The service was so welcoming and people were smiling. I had a walk down the hallway and spent time in the royal bar.The style there was so classy and magnificient...
