We spent four nights in Luxor at the Winter Palace Hotel. It is a magnificent heritage hotel. We would like to express our sincere thanks to the General Manager, who handled a small request we had made with great efficiency. We would also like to give special thanks to Menna from Guest Relations, who truly deserves a 10 out of 10 for her effectiveness, as well as to Sally at the reception desk. Mohamed, at breakfast, was both very discreet and highly efficient. Finally, Mamdouh, who was in charge of cleaning on the third floor, was always available, efficient, and very cheerful. Thank you to all of them.

Fabulous Hotel which maintains its charm and high standards, it’s not a modern block with A Gym, it’s a cultural icon in one of the most historical places on the planet… Hotel, Garden and Pool are fabulous. Rooms are clean and well serviced. Restaurants and Bars are welcoming and staff polite and attentive, food is fabulous. Room service and Dry Cleaning are excellent All the staff at Winter Palace show pride in their work and the service they provide to customers…. How do I know all this? ….. I’ve been coming for 20 years… there are regular guests who have been coming for much longer than I have, this clearly confirms the above. Thank you again Winter palace.

Had an amazing 👏 experience at Sofitel Winter place. The food at the pool side restaurant was amazing and the chef made special food without even asking. The food was delicious and the staff was very eager to feed Me family.
