Short overnight stay

Only a short overnight stay. First, why offer online check in only to be required to do everything again on arrival. Serving low quality Cruz Campo on draft at high prices should be a crime. Breakfast opens late, I know it’s Spain but with the hotel being near the airport, an earlier option would be nice. Expensive hotel for average services.

Nothing special in terms of decor, and all over showing its age, but it had everything you want for a night. The bed was comfortable. Check-in took an inordinate amount of time, so they're definitely marked down for that. Christmas decorations were really nice. Bar staff very helpful and friendly. Food not bad at all. Special shout out to Victor and Giselle for their friendly and efficient service.

This has to be one of the worst hotels I’ve stayed in for years. Maybe it’s because they have a captive audience with the conference centre that the service levels are terrible. The amenities are poor to say the least no air-conditioning being one of the most fundamental paragraph I had preplanned my trip months in advance with a particular room arrangement and this was changed at the last minute meaning during my stay I had to change rooms which is totally unacceptable. Nothing really works and I will never stay in this establishment again, I suggest anybody with a choiceshould not stay here.

Worst hotel I had in Madrid. Room temperature 29 degrees. Bar closed at 12pm. Looking what else I can write to reach 209 characters but this hotel is just bad. Not sure what else to add. No customer service keys keep deleting and forcing you to got back to reception. Now I reached the minimum 200 characters. Nothing to add. Book a better place. Do yourself a favor.

I booked 2 rooms at the hotel but unfortunately I experienced a few issues. At first I sent an email before arrival and was left unanswered. I tried sending the email again a couple times but still was left with no answer. During the night, one of my rooms went without energy, just as we were getting ready to leave the hotel in the morning. I’m a frequent All Accor Client and expected a little more. Despite these issues, the hotel is well equipped, the breakfast is good and the location is near a metro, which will get you downtown relatively easy. I have already booked another night at the hotel, next December, hoping to have a better experience. Best regards
