Easy comfortable hotel in 5 minutes walking distance to Feira de Madrid. 2 Great pools, was there completely on my own. Very clean. Very friendly staff. Hotel provides all you need. Had a great time there during a conference. Very convenient. Thank you!

We attended an international Congess at the IFEMA convention complex for 6 days and chose the Novotel Madrid Campo de las Naciones Hotel, as it was within walking distance, and also only a short 15 min. taxi ride to the airport. The staff were friendly and competent. The hotel is in a quiet area outside the hubbub of the city of Madrid, and no noise whatsoever penetrated into the room. It was 39-40 °C when we were there, but the room temperature was comfortably cooled - not the polar wind you sometimes get in e.g., the U.S. The room was clean and the bed comfortable. There was a small desk with drawers and comfortable chair for computer work, sitting space and suitcase rack. The bathroom was spacious. The breakfast buffet, which was included with the room was very nice, offering many choices including bacon and freshly scrambled eggs, fresh fruits and juices, cereals, very fresh croissants and pain au chocolat, and the food was good quality. The coffee was good. The dinner buffet also had several warm options as well as a salad bar and dessert table. There is a pool, but our schedule left no time to try it out. For us, attending about 15 lectures each day for 6 days, it was perfect. But it is not in the center of Madrid, and there are not a lot of restaurants within walking distance or things to do nearby. But there are Metro stops nearby to get downtown and see the sights.

Clean rooms with all the basics. Breakfast was very good with a variety of choices. Convenient to the large convention center there, as well as the metro. Front desk staff was ok, not overly friendly. Would not recommend the baby back ribs for dinner.

Grossly overpriced 315 euro per night for a standard room. Ice cold room. Worn and tired. Moldy bathroom. Great staff!

Grossly overpriced 315 euro per night for a standard, Ice cold room. Thermostat set 19.5 but temp never above 18. Worn and tired. moldy bathroom. Queue for morning coffee. Two very slow coffee machines for a few hundred guests. This hotel is simply horribly managed. It was a good place in the past. Not anymore. Replace management, renew rooms and bathrooms and set price to match quality. As it is, it one of Accor’s worst properties

I was really surprised to be taken almost back to the airport, when I gave a taxi driver address for this hotel. It was a business trip with a short notice, I haven’t realized that I am not in the center of Madrid as there are a few Novotel hotels in the city. The room was specious, loved breakfast and it is a good place to stay if you are either driving or planing to use taxes.
