It's a 4* hotel with 5* people working there. Ridiculously easy to get to and similarly close to the Palace of Versaille. Just turn your head to the left as you look out of the front door and about 350m away there's the palace. The station on the RER C line is only 250m away and everything is on the flat. No hills; yeay! B&B was fully adequate. The breakfast offering was replenished constantly, even up to the closing hour. It had everything you might want. Our room, OK so we did a bit of an upgrade, had an armchair and a chaise longue both of which were comfortable and we used them. When we checked in, it was mentioned that the evening dinner service is in 2 sittings because the room can only cope with about half the guests at one time, so it's advisable to book if you want to eat there.

The hotel is in a great location near the Palace (approx 5-10 min walk) and Versailles Rive Gauche train station (again approx 5-10 min walk). At first thought the hotel seemed great however I discovered a sanitary napkin stuck to the bottom of the quilt one morning. From thereon I wondered how much dirtier the room was. Beneath the bed there was also a lot of rubbish that had not been cleaned out. The hotel also appeared to host a lot of tour groups. The location of this hotel is incredible however cleanliness lets it down completely! The only points this hotel gets from me is for its location.

Stay away from that hotel, they chat you whenever they can. I made a invalid booking (dates overlapping existing bookings) and they did not want to refund it, even it was a obvious mistake. All enquiries go to a AI bot, returning same answers all over.

Terrible experience Do Not Stay here! Rude staff! Incompetent No internet connection My husband tired to get some extra pillows! No chance rude staff and the. When we reported it they said he was not rude Do Not stay in this Hotel No elevators working We stated we were here for our 25th wedding anniversary and we received nothing and was are also Allcor members
