Stay away from that hotel, they chat you whenever they can. I made a invalid booking (dates overlapping existing bookings) and they did not want to refund it, even it was a obvious mistake. All enquiries go to a AI bot, returning same answers all over.

Terrible experience Do Not Stay here! Rude staff! Incompetent No internet connection My husband tired to get some extra pillows! No chance rude staff and the. When we reported it they said he was not rude Do Not stay in this Hotel No elevators working We stated we were here for our 25th wedding anniversary and we received nothing and was are also Allcor members

This hotel is the extraordinary. For 4xstars it could easily be 5. The stunningly beautiful room I had (223) had a fabulous view through the arch with a gorgeous bathroom . Complete with chandelier, velvet furnishings and the fluffiest soft robes EVER. Oh and Clarins products..very classy indeed. Everything worked and no damage to the room. Can't say the same for other 5star hotels I have stayed in. Toasty warm in winter and a very comfortable bed. The room very quiet too. Now to the staff..from the wonderfully kind reception staff, housekeeping wizards, bar and kitchen..all are respectfully considerate with no request a problem. Courteous and able to communicate well, given my french is terrible. The scan for hotel information is very detailed and concise, well done. Breakfast is definitely a feast, I mean, everything you would ever want is available. The hamman, sauna and sensory shower was just magic. Nothing better when it is 5 degrees outside!! I truly felt well received and never intimidated as have felt at other fancy hotels. It's proximity to the train station(Rive Gauche) and the Palace makes access within walking distance. Do yourself a favour, be treated as the King or Queen you deserve to be !!! This place knows how to make you feel regal. X 👸 👑 🤴

On first impression I was very impressed , check-in was very quick and professional , although our room wasn't ready we were able to store our luggage and go off and explore the surrounding area . When we did check in I did find the room very comfortable , clean and well equipped , although we had no plug for bath , on requesting one it soon arrived However there were many things that were less than perfect and I feel that I need to bring these to your attention as I don't think a hotel of this standard should fall short in these details The tap in the bathroom is broken , it has no level , so can still function but not with ease , now the housekeeper are clearly aware of this as they must use it everyday but was certainly overlooked and not repaired over the course of our stay Very limited tea and coffee supplies , just one milk each and only one breakfast teabag ( which wasn't replenished ), we did try and request some extra supplies at reception on the first day , but it appeared too difficult to source for them so I just gave up My main issue is with the bar and restaurant , the bar especially looks very impressive but sadly it is more than lacking in service and expectation The staff , although very pleasant , appear very young and inexperienced in the field of hospitality The first evening at the bar , we seem to wait for ages for a drink , it seemed poorly staffed and very slow , we did get a drink served to us after a long wait and then decided to eat in your restaurant , what I didn't realise was that the restaurant was situated next to the bar , we were seated on an edge table , and felt like we were eating in the corridor / lobby . There were a large group of people having a reception in the breakfast room , so the volume of people just standing next to our table drinking or entering and leaving that area was vast , not a pleasant , quiet evening meal . The menu is very limited , no bread/rolls were offered until requested and then again we had to request butter The extra cutlery was brought to our table , clearly the waiter has not been trained properly , he placed the cutlery for the starter inside the normal knife and fork , and just in the middle , how he was going to get a plate on the table in-between the cutlery I have no idea The starters when they arrived went to another table , we eventually got ours , quite frankly they were inedible , maybe it was the menu translation , but either way when a waiter picks up your plate and it has been barely touched you would expect him to enquire how the food was The main course was better , however my fish was completely raw in the middle , I have no idea why a chef would allow a plate of food out of their kitchen like that The second evening we decided to eat out , but have a drink at the bar We waited 10 minutes , there were plenty of staff wondering around but nothing much going on , I got up and asked if we could be served and he said he would come over , in the meantime my husband called somebody else over Over 25 minutes we waited and still no drink , we got up to go and stopped by three young men who were behind the bar just talking , our drinks hadn't even started to be prepared , we told them to cancel the drinks , we didn't want to wait any longer then we had been already , and the gentleman in a jacket just turned round and said "OK" !!! , it was far from "OK" We walked away but I had to go back and say to him it certainly wasn't ok , with that I went to reception to explain that I was very unhappy , the suited gentleman followed us and asked if we needed a table to dine at , I explained again that we had waited so long for a drink and he had just replied OK , I felt he should of at the very least of said sorry , he just looked at me , the man on reception just carried on writing , a complete lack of care and customer service to a degree I hadn't come across before It was an extremely bad experience of your bar and restaurant , however I would like to say that the breakfast was delightful and staff there were very helpful and attentive I am unsure if this is the normal level of service you provide at your hotel , I was very disappointed
