Ich war geschäftlich dort. Das Hotel ist gut und zentral gelegen zum Flughafen Mailand Linate und zur Innenstadt (erreichbar mit der Straßenbahn 27). Die Zimmer sind geräumig und das Frühstück ist international. Alles in allem hat alles gepasst.

Der Empfang war sehr freundlich, das Zimmer wie dargestellt sehr gut, besonders das Sofa hat uns gut gefallen. Bett und Bettwäsche sehr angenehm. Wir durften das Zimmer eine Stunde früher beziehen, vielen Dank!

Nach leichten Startschwierigkeiten an der Rezeption, wurde es ein auf und ab der Gefühle. Mir war bewusst das man mitte Oktober nicht unbedingt Badetemperaturen vorfindet, aber den Pool zu schließen obwohl man ihn gerne benutzt hätte bei strahlenden Sonnenschein und knapp 20 Grad auch nicht schön. War auch nicht wirklich einladend, schmutzig inkl. 🐁. Ich selber komme aus der Hotellerie/Gastronomie wenn man eine größere Gruppe zu Gast hat, könnte man auch einen großen Frühstückstisch vorbereiten/reservieren. Frühstück super es fehlte an nix. Highlight frisch gepressten O-Saft. Z. schöne Größe, gute Ausstattung und sauber. Service an der Bar könnte ein bißchen freundlicher und zuvorkommend sein nicht wirklich Umsatz orientiert. Fazit es gibt bessere Novotels.

Wir sind auf das Lady Gaga Konzert gegangen und hatte die beste Zeit. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Am Abreisetag haben wir im Restaurant gegessen und es war mega lecker.

Kurzer Aufenthalt mit Besuch in der Stadt. Autobahnanbindung und Parken ist super und trotzdem war es ruhig. Anbindung an die Stadt mit der Straßenbahn ist gut.
