Business hotel. Large room, pretty well maintained, decent public areas, Good nights sleep. Nice bar / garden at the back of the hotel (could be noisy on long summer nights of your room is facing out the back?). Didn't explore but seemed to be in the middle of nothing of interest on edge of Lille

This is a well located accommodation with superlative staff. The hotel is dated. The air conditioning did not work well. The soap dispensers were not refilled. Many other details were overlooked. The breakfast was mediocre. There was no fresh fruit.

Stayed here for 6 nights as a base for some cycling. The staff were all very helpful and friendly. The rooms were a very good size with a nice, comfy bed and the bathroom was clean and also a good size. The bar had a good selection of drinks and the breakfast buffet had a wide range of food to suit everyone.

Good accommodations. Bad food.

Good accommodation and service. Big bed and acceptable bathrooms. But the restaurant food is terrible. Ordered a stuffed zucchini. They brought me half a zucchini with a plate full of stale rice (overcooked) with no taste and a badly seasoned sauce. Definitely a disappointment. Breakfast is nice.

Not clean and terrible pillow but friendly staff.

Hotel was actually quite nice, the rooms where spacious and it felt contemporary. However, the room was simply not clean. There was a lot of dust everywhere, the shower screen on the bath had scum and stains, all the silicone around the bath was yellow, there was a hair on my bed… just not clean. Also, the pillow was like a joke - a tiny this square pillow! When I entered the room and saw that I though they’d forgotten to put pillows on the bed, imagine! I called reception to ask for a different pillow and thankfully the receptionist was very kind and helpful, and she got me a much nicer one. The hotel staff was very nice (receptionists etc) but the cleanliness of the room really spoiled my stay. This is a 4* hotel, simply not acceptable.
