Staff lovely and despite not having hot water in our room we’d be more than happy to stay here again. Particular thank you to Yasmine and her colleague in the kitchen / dining area in the mornings. They were helpful, friendly and always smiling.

Nice service, the hotel and room were clean and staff was young and very friendly, the breakfast was good, I went for business trip ,but I still had time to take a look at the (impressive) city hall nearby and don't miss the Paroisse St Martin

Very good hotel with a good location. Easy parking. The room was very clean with a confortable bed. Very friendly staff. Good breakfast. The Flam's restaurant is very good with Alsacians dishes. We recommend!

Well located and parking as we required. Nice bar area with good selection of beers ( my friend was "worse for wear" but should of asked before drinking 3 large beers at 8% first !?) Rooms a little basic and on the smaller size, but regular to Ibis hotels. Well priced and clean. Reasonably priced breakfast with a good selection.

Used as a base for the Paris Roubaix race weekend. Car park on arrival is underground. Very secure and plenty of spaces. It was a little difficult to manoeuvre around it though but who cares really. Car park was 8 euros per night. Reception were very helpful, I didn’t catch the guys name but he was very helpful and polite. Bicycle’s can be kept in rooms no problem. The room was clean, tidy and comfortable. No frills though really as you would expect. The bar and restaurant were good too. There were some nice beers on the bar and the barman was a nice guy and a good laugh. He even stayed after his shift to serve people on one of the nights. The restaurant only seemed to really serve ‘flams’ a bit like a pizza on a batter type base. Have to admit I tried one and didn’t really like it but they did seem very popular with everyone else so I guess it was just me! Overall a very good hotel which is basic but has excellent customer service. Would highly recommend.
