Little nice hotel. Had this time some problems with my room but the staff resolved it immediatly. Nice breakfast. Unfortunately the " weisswurst" was without the "suesser Senf (sweet mustard)" Weisswurst will be eaten with sweet mustard.

suggest not to stay. It is less than budgetary hotel

I stayed in this hotel with my wife for family holiday from 21.7.24 to 22.7.24. We are sr. citizen. We have vast travel experience outside India. The worthless hotel I have ever seen. NO AC. Bathroom and toilet area is so so. Clumsy room with little space. Breakfast condition is another horrible. If you ask anything they will say it is finished. Even no egg boil and it is also finished.. horrible

It is filthy. The bathroom had not been cleaned, the sink, shower walls and bath were covered in layers of dirt, hair and mold. In many places the stains were orange, which indicates that it has not been cleaned for a long time, these are dangerous accumulations of bacteria. There were also dirty spots on the toilet seat as well as urine scale. I went over everything with a cloth myself and my cloth turned orange, black and yellow with 1 wipe over the surfaces. Also there were 3 dead insects just lying on the table in the bedroom and bathroom. We went to the reception because this was so filthy that I really did not want to use the shower etc, after which we were assigned a new (smaller) room and this one was ALSO filthy. There were all the same problems as described earlier. In this bathroom there were dead flies on the sink and after the cleaning lady came on the second day they were still there, together with other stains. So they don't even wipe the surfaces Really really really gross, it ruined my trip. This trip I did not shower because the shower was too dirty, I bought moistened washcloths and used this. Very sad to pay for a hotelroom this filthy. Everyone deserves a hygienic hotelroom. You just feel gross all the time, and that sucks while going on vacation to feel good. Unfortunately booking.com cannot help us because Mercure Hotel Neuperlach Süd is ignoring them on purpose.

If only a negative rating was possible.

The General Management of this hotel need to invest in staff training. Rude, arrogant, entitled, eye rolling. 20 years in the hospitality industry and I have never experienced such rudeness from a group of staff members. Three times I had to return to reception. 1st my key was not working. 2nd I was told they would return to my room with another key, they did not. 3rd I had to ask for a fan of which I was told all rooms had fans. Each time I received a different reaction. From having to wait for staff to finish a personal conversation, being ignored as if I was not right in front of them and then being told 'no english' despite him having the previously mentioned personal conversation in english. At breakfast, a good morning to a person normally receives the same response. Not this Hotel, expect a response of 'Room Number? Or just simply a grunt or a turn of the head in the opposite direction. For a big brand Hotel chain I expected more. The rooms were boiling having no AC. A family stood next to me in reception and asked for some water bottles due to the heat. (No fridges or even a glass in the room). The reception attendant respond with "Yes you will have to pay" all the attendant had to do was go to the bar fill a jug with Ice and water and these people would have been more than happy. A rating of TERRIBLE is not low enough for this hotel.

This is the most disgusting hotel with the most disrespectful staff! The room which was given to me first (5pm!!!) was not cleaned after previous guests. The smell of alcohol and some chemicals were disgusting! The front desk guy was super rude and pissed about it so he handed me the non working key to the room, so I had to go back and forth with 2 suitcases. The next day I asked for some medicals and they could not provide any and pretended to not to speak English!! I had to check out immediately. After me requiring money back I got an email saying I have to learn some manners and be respectful. There is a family working in this property that has to be removed. Never go to this property!!!
