We are sorry that the service and the performance were not up to your expectations, and we ask you to accept our most sincere apologies. Be aware, however, that we have re-sensitized the teams so that this problem does not persist.Our establishment had started its major renovations in 2019 as you could see in our reception area, bar and restaurant. Some rooms were completely redone and almost all our bathrooms in 2019. However, the health crisis did not allow us to continue this makeover to make our establishment one in which the entire team would take real pleasure in welcoming delighted guests.
