General conditions related to the partnership with Grab

1. Conversion of Reward Points to GrabRewards Points

Members of ALL (“you”) can convert Reward Points into Grab’s loyalty points (“GrabRewards Points”) on the ALL website and mobile application.

You will need to be a member of GrabRewards loyalty programme in order to be eligible for this conversion benefit.

The conversion of your Reward Points can only be made to your corresponding account in the GrabRewards loyalty programme for you to enjoy all the rewards within this programme.

The redemption for GrabRewards shall always be subjected to the applicable terms and conditions of the GrabRewards loyalty programme.

The conversion of Reward Points to GrabRewards Points shall be as follows:
1,000 Reward Points = 4,000 GrabRewards Points

You may apply for the conversion of points by connecting to your personal account thtough the dedocated area in "Manage my Reward Points" at allL.accor.com. By providing your personal information, you hereby consent for Accor and Grab to collect and process your personal data for the purpose of executing your request and giving full effect to this conversion benefit. For more information, you may refer to Accor’s privacy policy and Grab’s privacy policy. You shall be solely responsible for the accuracy and personal information provided by you for the purpose of conversion. Please note that you may not convert your Reward Points into GrabRewards Points for the benefit or on behalf of another individual.

2. Conversion of GrabRewards Points to Reward Points

GrabRewards users (“you”) can convert GrabRewards Points into Reward points on the Grab mobile application.

You shall also be a member of ALL loyalty programme in order to be eligible for this conversion benefit.

The conversion of your GrabRewards Points can only be made to your corresponding ALL account for you to enjoy all the rewards within ALL loyalty programme.

The redemption for Reward Points shall always be subjected to the applicable terms and conditions of ALL loyalty programme.

The conversion of GrabRewards Points to Reward Points shall be as follows:
1,600 GrabRewards Points = 100 Reward Points

You may apply for the conversion of points by connecting to your personal account in the Grab mobile application within the GrabRewards section. By providing your personal information, you hereby consent for Accor and Grab to collect and process your personal data in manners necessary to give full effect to this conversion benefit. You shall be solely responsible for the accuracy and personal information provided by you for the purpose of conversion. For the purpose of this conversion of points, you shall not be able to convert your GrabRewards Points into Reward Points for the benefit or on behalf of another individual.

A period of six weeks maximum is allocated for the transfer to take place in the recipient's ALL account.

Disclaimer: Accor and/or Grab reserve the right to vary the Terms and Conditions, suspend or cancel the conversion of points without prior notice.

3. Retroclaims

If a member finds that their Reward points have not been credited within a maximum of six weeks following their conversion, the member can make a retroclaim by completing the claim form available on the all.accor.com website. The member should explain the subject of the claim and attach supporting documents, within six months following date of conversion. For Reward points to be credited, the GrabRewards account that has been debited must be in the name of the ALL members.
