Everything about this hotel was amazing. The room was beautiful, especially the sea view, which made our stay extra special. The reception staff were friendly and helpful, making check-in easy. The restaurant was excellent with delicious food and great service. Overall, a wonderful experience and highly recommended. P.S. Hotel is just 15min walking from the Old Town

We recently left the Rixos after calling it home for over 6 days and I'm very sad about it... However, it was time for me to move forward with what life has to give. I will not forget the beautiful moments I spent there and the amazing people I met throughout my stay. Everyone was important in making it warm and friendly, from our amazing housekeeper Milan, the one that we managed to get assigned to our suite specifically because no one knows how to make our room better than he does Lobby was incredible wow

Rooms are very spacious and well-equipped, beautiful bathroom. The service is fantastic across the board, all lobby, restaurant staff are unfailingly pleasant, exceptionally helpful and adaptive to your needs. We stayed here for a week in August and it really was wonderful. Huge breakfast selection, incredible staff, comfy beds, prompt house keeping, relaxing spa. We ate lunch in the pool side restaurant a few times and it did not disappoint. The prices are v expensive - 20 euros for a cocktail - but the centre of Dubrovnik is expensive so all in all the prices were similar to the ones we saw in town. Excellent location, just a 5 minute taxi ride away from the hustle and bustle. We’d love to visit again!

From the moment we walked into Rixos Dubrovnik, we were greeted with a fresh Adriatic atmosphere and a signature scent that’s both calming and inviting. Check-in was smooth and genuinely welcoming by the receptionist who also took time to explain everything clearly and made sure we felt immediately comfortable. When we entered our room, we were pleasantly surprised by the thoughtful layout and the special touch with a complimentary birthday cake for my wife. It was such a kind gesture and truly showed how much the staff care about their guests. The receptionist even called afterward to check if we needed anything else. The room itself was excellent, but the real highlight is the spacious balcony with breathtaking views. Even on a cloudy day, the fresh breeze and calming sea made it easy to sit for hours with a warm cup of coffee or tea. The bathroom was also modern and very well designed. We used the gym, which is well equipped and even includes table tennis and a pool table which is a bonus. The spa facilities are good, with access to a sauna, steam room, and indoor pool, plus a range of paid therapeutic treatments if you want to upgrade your experience. Breakfast was outstanding with food well organized, plentiful, and delicious with something for everyone. Overall, Rixos Dubrovnik delivered comfort, hospitality, and memorable moments. We’ll absolutely return on our next trip to Dubrovnik and truly appreciate all the warm smiles and excellent service from the staff.
