We went to Festive Afternoon Tea this week and our server was Poly. He was lovely and attentive. The food was delicious. Only thing I don’t recommend is the Holiday Winter Spice tea. It didn’t take like much but Poly kindly replaced it with another tea of my choice.

Jennifer was extremely positive and helpful from the moment we were sat. She offered consistent service and always came with a smile. She even tried her best to get a beer that they ran out of by visiting the other restaurants in the hotel, when she couldn’t provide the request she had well thought out recommendations which were just as good. I would definitely recommend crown and anchor and if you have Jennifer as your waitress I guarantee you will have the best experience. I give her 5 stars for positivity and great work ethic and hospitality.

Amazing from the moment we entered the Hamilton Princess until we left. We traveled here for 4 days. Everyone was beyond helpful and kind and courteous. The hotel was beautifully decorated for Christmas and someone always available to assist us. Our room was clean, comfortable and had a beautiful view of the marina. We chose to upgrade our stay to Gold level status which allowed us to enjoy breakfast, tea, appetizers, desserts throughout the day in the gold lounge. The very best part of our stay was the staff in the lounge. Both Rolly and Pasquale were phenomenal people. Greeted us every time by name, with a smile, a handshake, and could not do enough to accommodate us. Lovely hard working men who made our stay so memorable.
