We came with a group tour and were very happy with the accommodations. This hotel is on an island across the river from the hustle and bustle of the city and all the vendors. We had beautiful views of the city and the river. Loved it so much, didn’t want to leave

The hotel has two sections-- we were glad to be in the modern building. There was an issue with the door to our balcony-- it was nearly impossible to open, and didn't tightly close, so hot air just blew into the room. We were (kind of begrudgingly?) moved to the room next door. But there were lovely views of the river and sunset! After a short felucca sail, there was no way to call for a golf cart to take us from the dock back up to the hotel. We figured this was a good time to have massages at the spa-- soothed our crankiness. Highlight for us was the gorgeous pool with a nice view. Service here was perfect-- thanks to Mahmoud, who was warm, efficient, helpful, and always right there when we needed anything. Definitely the best service in the place! Dinner at the Panorama restaurant was a mixed bag. The service was good, and the food was okay, but it's a must-visit for the gorgeous views alone, which were... well, panoramic.

The message was therapeutic and relaxing. The ladies did an amazing massage. They were gentle and kind. We had extra time for stress relief and it was amazing. The staff is kind and welcoming. Overall, we had an amazing massage session. Thank you!

We had such an amazing time at Elephantine Restaurant at the Mövenpick. Mr Sawid and hit wonderful team of El Amir, Ashraf, Mohammed and Ereen took such amazing care of me and all of my ladies on the retreat I was leading. The food was excellent and the staff was so helpful. We couldn’t be more happy. They deserve accolades for amazing service and attention.
