We had the most pleasant experience at Mantra Club Croc. The staff here are super pleasant and genuinely care for the guests Jessica and Alex deserve a particular mention for their exceptional service. They were always happy to help, whether offering tour/sight-seeing suggestions, provide directions, accommodate where possible and would never fail to greet you with a warm smile. I do feel the buffet breakfast quality and variety could be improved but the interpersonal skills of all staff members is above and beyond of what was expected and made our trip a memorable experience.

Loved every second of it. Very good location and good value for money. Most staff are friendly.. shout out to the reception team. Rooms should be cleaned a bit more frequent whilst respecting the goal of reducing water consumption and sustainability.

Extremely pleasant with clean rooms, quiet and beautiful tropical setting with a nice pool area. As Accor plus members we had a nice greeting card & some goodies in our room. Jude, who runs the food and beverage in the mornings is a definite asset and makes the breakfast a fun experience. Had dinner the 3 nights we were there, and while the food was particularly good, the service was a bit hit & miss. Wifi in the room was good & the only real downside was the spa was out for some maintenance. Would definitely stay again.

Very good value hotel in Airlie Beach. Had a very nice updated comfortable room. There is a good pool area and it is not far from the beach - but you must cross a busy road. The service was friendly and helpful. The breakfast that was included was pretty ordinary and a good barista coffee was an extra charge.

Really enjoyed our stay.Jude and Rafael are a credit to the hotel,however the evening staff in the dining room are a different "breed" I was told by the waitress to write a review regarding my lack of service at dinner, as the waitress could not fulfil my request for no salad but perhaps a slice of tomato, with my steak and chips, the answer was that no tomato in the fridge,rather amazed as trays of fresh tomatoes each morning available for breakfast. Tables left dirty,no team work or organisation a total mismatch of service and no respect for the customer.The morning staff could show them how to smile and treat people with respect, at the end of day will return but would not eat our evening meals or have a cocktail in the bar if the same staff our still employed
