The Staff is top notch, eager to please and accommodate, exceptional service. Beautifull property, delightful restaurants and comfortable accommodations. From the moment we arrived to the last farewell.... a memorable experience! Our only regret, we only stayed for 2 nights.

From the moment you set foot onto the front steps of this Grande Dame of hotels, you know it’s going to be perfect. The gorgeous grounds, the beautiful lobby and conservatory are the epitome of taste and comfort. The 3 restaurants each features a unique touch to local dishes and a familiar touch to international fare. The Elephant Bar is a blend of wonderful cocktails and the sort of atmosphere you might wish for in a historic colonial hotel. Our room was a Landmark King in the older part of the hotel which was stunning, spacious and had every amenity. This hotel exceeds at thinking of anything you might need or want BEFORE you do. The grounds and pool are spectacular. But there is one crowning touch that sets the Raffles above all others—the smiling face on each and every staff member. The Raffles approach to service is unmatched and the faces of their employees reflect their dedication to making your stay the best possible. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would.

The stay at the Grand Hotel Raffles was a wonderful time. The hotel is very well preserved and renovated. The staff is very attentive, caring and friendly. We felt very comfortable in the four days and we are glad to come back for a longer stay.

A lovely place to relax by the pool once you are templed out.....

Three fantastic days at the hotel in between temple tours. The pool is amazing once you are templed out and a really stunning breakfast. The food was mostly good, a particularly highlight was the tasting menu. Very centrally located to pop into town in the night as well.

Exquisite Decor and superb service

In the first place, the iconic building and the decor seems like a stage set inspired by Agatha Christie’s book . Every single detail on guest’s rooms and common areas such as The Elephant bar ,formal dining room etc are tastefully done . Furthermore , the service provided for every single staff member is absolutely SUPERB, from housekeepers to front desk and from bellman to the whole staff of the F&B department . I would like to express my sincere gratitude to all the staff but in particular to the following names ,Who helped to create The experience of my lifetime on my 60 birthday : Nisha, Makara, Leouy, Bichit, Nith, Sengkry, Phearun Tuy ,Chanty, Socheata, Enyeng and last but not least Thuy . Kudos to all of them for their impeccable service .
