The level of service at Raffles is truly unparalleled. We especially want to highlight Tamer, who provided exceptional service at a level we haven't encountered anywhere else. Her attention to detail, willingness to assist with every request, and constant smile made our stay absolutely perfect. This is my 4th time staying here, it should say a lot about how much i love this hotel. Amazing hotel, amazing staff, amazing views, amazing beach, amazing room and top tier customer service. Literally from the moment you arrive to the moment you leave, you feel love , care and attention from all the hotel staff. Dietry restrictions are taken very seriously here. The food was incredible, they fed us so well, the vegan menu and vegan desserts were insane. I love this place. Thank you for everything to the most amazing hotel staff #my3rdhome. Overall an amazing experience, stunning views from the panoramic sea view rooms, gorgeous sunsets and a pristine beach. The hotel service is outstanding. We had Mr tamer taking care of us at dinner for 5 nights and he delivered an exceptional service for our family. He went out of his way to make sure all of our requests and dietary requirements were met, even preparing dishes for us which were not on the menu. I cannot thank him enough for making our experience at raffles a true 5 star and lavish experience.

It sounds like you had an incredible stay! The stunning views, beautiful sunsets, and pristine beach must have made it unforgettable. It’s wonderful to hear that the hotel service was outstanding, especially with Mr. Tamer’s exceptional attention to detail and willingness to accommodate your family’s needs.
