Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. I’m truly sorry to hear about the issues you experienced during your stay. Having a room key that wasn’t repaired promptly and the inconvenience that caused is certainly not the level of service we aim to provide. You should never have had to wait that long or request a room change yourself, and I apologise for the frustration this caused. I’m also concerned to hear about the cleanliness of your room. A dusty or poorly cleaned environment is unacceptable, and your comments have been shared with our housekeeping team so we can address this immediately and ensure it does not happen again. Your comfort and satisfaction are very important to us, and I’m sorry we fell short on this occasion. We appreciate you bringing these matters to our attention, as it helps us improve. We hope you’ll consider giving us another opportunity to provide you with a far better experience in the future.
