Dear debbie782 Thank you for taking the time to share such detailed feedback. I am very sorry to hear about the difficulties you experienced during your stay, particularly given that you made us aware of your dog allergy at check‑in. You should never have been allocated a room where a dog had previously stayed, and I completely understand how distressing it must have been to feel unwell as a result. The further inconvenience of being moved multiple times, coupled with conflicting information about which floors are dog‑free, is unacceptable. Your experience highlights a breakdown in our communication and allocation processes, and I apologise sincerely for the disruption this caused. I have raised this with the team to ensure our room‑assignment procedures are tightened and that allergy‑related requests are handled with the seriousness they deserve. I am also concerned by your comments regarding dogs on the lobby furniture and the situation you encountered at breakfast. While we are a dog‑friendly hotel, hygiene and guest comfort must always remain the priority. Your feedback has been shared with our management team so that our policies and enforcement can be reviewed urgently. Finally, I am sorry to hear that the refund you were advised of has not been received. I will ensure this is followed up so the matter can be resolved, please could I ask that you contact me directly on jason.parry@accor.com in order to facilitate this. Dear Kirstabelles Thank you for taking the time to share such a detailed account of your stay. I’m pleased to hear that check‑in was smooth and that you enjoyed the sea view from your room, but I’m very sorry that several aspects of your visit fell short of expectations. Your comments regarding the cleanliness of the windows, the flooding shower, and the condition of the bathrobes and slippers are all matters we take seriously. These are basic standards that should be consistently upheld, and I will be raising each point with our housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure they are addressed promptly. I’m also sorry that the proximity to the lifts affected the comfort of your stay, and that your dining experience lacked atmosphere due to the quietness of the restaurant. Breakfast being overly busy and not providing a relaxing start to the day is equally disappointing, and we will review staffing levels and flow management to improve this. Regarding parking, I appreciate your feedback on the cost. We understand this can be a frustration, and your comments will be shared with the team as we continue to review our offering.
