플래티넘 멤버십이 있음에도 얼리체크인과 룸 업그레이드를 먼저 해주지 않았다. 하지만 룸 업그레이드를 요청하니 원활히 진행시켜 주었고 방도 가보고 선택하게 도와주었다. 직원들이 친절하고 즐거운 숙박경험이었다. 칭찬하고싶다.
