Had good hospitality from the hotel housekeeping manager mr.sanjay & his colleague mr.enamul so kind and friendly They serve all needs on time with good hospitality they always make sure the room clean will be choose this hotel if arrive to Jeddah again highly recommended

I’m satisfied with the service of the …housekeeping to my room today as its clean and sheets were change change .. the cleaners name is Ismail..he is kind as well and do his job properly with a smile on his face 😊 i hope all the staff will be as approachable as him

Very good hotel with beautiful pool , and good furnished gym. amazing housekeeping and services. Thanks to Enamul and Shofik from housekeeping always available. Tennis court available. Two restaurants , one of them Indian cuisine very taste full , best Indian restaurant in Jeddah

Amazing staff , great rooms and lovely service. Food was fresh and delicious. We loved swimming pool and the caring staff. House keeping manager Mr Sanjay very helpful with arrangements of cleaning rooms. I definitely recommend it. Perfect for families.

The pillows and bed are the most pluffiest I’ve ever felt. They have an excellent service from receptionist, housekeeping and room service. They have excellent staff and I want to commend Ismael one of the Housekeeper, he is doing a great job.
