I had a confirmed booking to stay 2 nights, when I arrived at the hotel, the receptionist told me that they are fully booked and there is no place for me. however I witnessed that they have served another customer who paid at higher price in cash!!! Absolutely disgusting As an international brand name, you should be ashamed of such behavior!

I'm staying in Hotel Ibis city center Jeddah Saudi Arabia and I'm a long staying guest here The issue is WIFI, WIFI is not working properly it's very slow almost more than 10 days now Accor management please look into this issue and fix it as soon as.
