Dear valued customer, Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. We are truly sorry to learn about the difficulties you faced, and we sincerely apologize for the distress and inconvenience this situation caused. We deeply regret the lack of response to your emails and phone calls prior to arrival, as well as the confusion surrounding the cancellation of your confirmed reservation. This is certainly not the experience we aim to provide, and we fully understand how frustrating and disappointing this must have been—especially after receiving confirmation prior to arrival. We also apologize for the inconvenience of having to change rooms, adjust your plans, and for any discrepancy in the rate charged. Your concerns at the front desk should have been addressed with care and attention, and we are very sorry that this was not your experience. Please be assured that your feedback has been escalated to our management team for a thorough review, as situations like this require immediate corrective action. While we respect your decision not to stay with us again, we regret that your first experience with our hotel was such a negative one.
