到着が遅い時間だったので前もって何回かメールをしましたが返信無し。友人にも頼んで何回か電話をしてもらいましたが誰もでず。前日にチェックインメールが届いたので記入して返信してコンファームメールを受信しましたが、当日ホテルに到着したらキャンセルされていて部屋が無いと言われました。全てを話してなんとか当日は喫煙ルームで翌日からは禁煙ルームに宿泊出来る事になりましたが、部屋を変わる事に対して14:00から16;00の間に戻って来るように言われて予定を変更せざるを得ませんでした。支払いも予約した金額よりも多い金額を請求され友達と一緒にフロントで抗議しましたが忙しいの一点張りで回答はありませんでした。こんな経験は初めてですし、2度としたく無いので2度と泊まりません。現地の観光局にも友達から抗議メールを送ってもらいました。

While we respect your decision not to stay with us again, we regret that your first experience with our hotel was such a negative one. Great hotel with a perfect location. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel very welcome with their friendliness and genuine hospitality. The service throughout the stay was excellent. I would definitely recommend this hotel and look forward to staying again.
