미리 포인트 사용에 대한 문의를 충분히 했슴에도 2일 전 불가 통지
플래티넘 체크인 직원이 앉아 있었고 비어 있었슴에도
계속 일반 접수로 서서 접수를 했던 것도 기분이 좋지 않았습니다.
오랜 비행과 이동으로 자리가 없으면 모르겠지만 비었있슴에도
그리고 그 앉아있던 직원과 뭔가를 얘기 했슴에도
끝까지 체크인시 이동이 없었습니다.
이후에는 제가 그 자리에 앉아서 직원 문의를 했습니다.
왜 이용을 안하는지 이해할수가 없었습니다.
그리고 이전 숙박했던 메리어트 계열이나 같은 보라카이 샹그릴라 직원들의 환한 표정과 인사들과 달리
너무 무뚝뚝한 응대가 매우 비교 되었습니다.
조식당에서도 몇일간 봤음에도 오히려 눈을 피하거나 굿모닝 조차 없던 직원들
수영장에서 오며 가며 만나도 반 이상은 인사도 없이 지나갑니다.
필리핀 여행을 많이 다녔는데 불친절까지는 아니지만 환대나 친절이 느껴지지 않았던 리조트 였습니다.
생일 당일....메세지 조차 없던 ..
다시 방문할 일은 없겠지만 호텔 시설에 비해
직원들의 서비스 마인드가 전혀 없어요...
기념품 샵에서 만나 shaly 마저 없었다면 정말 아무 좋은 기억이 없던 리조트 였을거에요
갑자기 쏟아지는 폭우에 친절하게 카트를 불러주어 짧은 거리지만 잘 이동할수 있었습니다.

리셉션 직원의 말이 너무 빠르다. 체크아웃 날 숙소에서 버기카를 요청했고 밖에서 20분을 서있었는데 버기카는 오지않았다. 다시 숙소 들어가서 리셉션에 전화하니 안받았다. 그래서 땀흘리며 무거운 캐리어 들고 리셉션까지 걸어갔다

하우스키핑은 기본적인 청소조차 제대로 이루어지지 않았는데, 팁만 가져간 점이 특히 아쉬웠습니다.
(구체적으로는 청소용 걸레를 화장실 문에 걸어두고 갔으며, 2박 청소 기간동안 치우지 않아 결국 전화로 문제를 해결해주길 직접 요청하였습니다.)
가장 큰 문제는 Best Price Guarantee(BPG) 관련 대응이었습니다. 아코르와 호텔 간 소통이 원활하지 않았고, 정책에 대한 안내도 명확하지 않았습니다. 차액을 디파짓으로 제공한다고 해서 체크아웃 시 환불되는 것으로 이해했으나, 이후 사용하지 않은 금액은 환불이 불가능하다는 안내를 받아 매우 혼란스러웠습니다. 숙박 기간 동안 여러 차례 문의했지만 제대로 된 답변을 받지 못했습니다.
결국 체크아웃 과정에서 불가피하게 많은 시간을 소요했고, 당일 일정에 차질이 생길 정도였습니다.
또한, 미사용 디파짓 일부는 결제 카드로 취소 처리해주겠다고 했으나, 현재까지도 환불이 이루어지지 않았습니다.
전반적으로 서비스 수준과 고객 응대가 기대에 미치지 못했습니다.
하지만, 전반적으로 브레짜와 같은 호텔 내 레스토랑에서의 직원들의 친절도는 최상이었습니다.

10월 투숙에는 아코르 익스플로러로 레벨업하여 더 많은 혜택을 누리고 싶습니다.
다만, 까띠끌란공항에서의 픽업과 샌딩비용이 비싸서 이용을 못했는데, 조금 저렴한 가격이였다면 이용을 했을텐데 하는 아쉬움이 있습니다.

프라이빗하고 조경이 잘 관리된 리조트 였다. 언제나 마주칠때마다 웃으며 인사하는 직원들의 태도가 아주 만족스러웠다. 수영장이 좋다는 평을 듣고 많이 기대했었는데 때마침 공사중이라 천막을 두른 모습에 아쉬웠다. 조식은 만족스러웠지만, 나머지 식당들의 음식 맛은 가격대비 너무 별로였다.
나는 내년2월에도 이미 예약을 하여 다시 방문 예정인데 그때는 조금 더 문제점들이 개선되었으면 좋겠다
