Poolside Service was Exceptional

Hamada and Mahmoud from the Pool Bar were fantastic! They made our stay at Movenpick fabulous!!! They took such great care of us on our last day before we left Aswan for our late flight to Ciaro. The food was delicious, Hamada kept us well shaded from the intense Aswan sun. Mahmoud kept the mint lemons coming! A great way to spend our last day after a busy day before of temples and exploring Aswan

Excellent Accommodations on an Island in the Middle of the Nile

The Moevenpik hotel is composed of two separate building complexes. This is a review of the new building. The location, on an island in the middle of the Nile, is spectacular. We loved waking up to the sights and sounds of the river in the morning. Convenient boat transportation to and from the city of Aswan is provided by Moevenpik — so, despite the island location, you will not be isolated. The hotel itself is quite comfortable with spacious, well-appointed rooms. Breakfast in the morning is excellent, with a wide variety of choices, including very good Egyptian food. There are several restaurants on-site, but we only ate at Mezze, the Egyptian restaurant. It was quite good. Moevenpik is a great choice for your stay in Aswan.

Our experience at the Mövenpick Aswan was excellent. It was clean, the food was delicious, and the grounds were beautiful. The staff were incredibly friendly. Extra appreciation for outstanding service from Ereen, Ashraf, and Naveen in the dining room. Very enjoyable stay!

Tranquil location reached by boat only. Stayed in the new part of hotel which was excellent. Views stunning and recommend both the Egyptian restaurant and the “Panoramic”, as food and service excellent. Pool superb after sightseeing and do a sunset cruise. Highly recommended.

express my profound dissatisfaction with my current stay at Mövenpick Resort Aswan. Regrettably, several aspects of the accommodation and service have fallen significantly short of both my expectations and the standards that your esteemed establishment promises to uphold. The issues I have encountered include the following: - Absence of towels in the room - Lack of soap provided in the designated containers - Food quality that is unacceptable, with many items, particularly the steak and other types of dishes, being notably old and not fresh - A limited variety in the food options available - The open buffet was of very poor quality and did not meet basic expectations - When I raised my concerns directly with the chef, there was a noticeable lack of willingness to listen or address any of the issues I presented
