I am sorry that your experience did not meet your expectations; please allow me to express my sincerest apologies. We always encourage our guest to discover the delicous cuisines in the Lidoway town which is 10 minutes walking distance next to us, as our restaurant closed at 18:00, and for the shower and the door lock, we are taking the appropriate measures to address the problem and prevent future occurrence.
