O Hotel é muito bem localizado. Deixa a desejar no aspecto de limpeza geral e melhor zelo para aparências de banheiros e áreas corredor e recepção. Precisa daquele "tapa " na pintura, limpeza dos elevadores e paredes. Mas tudo funcionando ok. Contudo, atendimento é excepcional e o cafe da manhã delicioso. Só faltou aquele cafezinho coado. Um abraço.

O ibis Styles Braz Olaia é uma opção excelente de hotel econômico, confortável, bem localizado e moderno. Achamos as instalações adequadas e aconchegantes e a localização muito conveniente. O hotel tem um barzinho bacana e um café da manhã excelente. Os quartos tem wifi, mesa de trabalho, TV e secador de cabelos. Funcionários competentes e educados, entre os quais destaco Zenildo e Barbára. Obrigada por uma ótima estadia.

We enjoyed the experience very much. It was a clean and fabulous hotel. I can't wait to go back there with my families or my friends. :) Oh, and other important detail to mention: The employer Weslley Nunes was really really a very nice guy... :)

The hotel is beautiful and clean, the rooms are big and clean, the tv is good, the clerks are nice. The locations is very good. The hotel is very close to a very good shopping center. The neighbourhood is very beautiful.

Stayed to attend a wedding which happened near this hotel. The air conditioning never worked, it was a hot day, which most of the days in Ribeirao are. Wi-fi has a very weak sign, few parking spots, one night arrived late and there were no spots available, parked on the street. No help with your luggage, you get the cart load your bags and do it self service. Breakfast has very few options, and if you arrive near the end, some items will be missing. Mini bar items are overpriced
