주변에 걸어다닐마한 식사 장소가 많아서 좋았다. 직원들이 친절하고 방도 청결하게 준비되어 있어 기대보다 만족. 다음에도 여기에 묵을 것 같다. 다만 스카이바 메뉴가 일식 위주가 많다고 느껴지고 스카이바 안주로 먹을 만한 것이 많지 않아 다음에는 방문을 고려할 듯하다.

프놈펜에 거주하고 있지만 연휴를 맞이해 방문한 호텔에서 위치, 가격, 그리고 매우 친절한 스탭 덕분에 아주 만족한 stay.
한가지 아쉬운점은, 총 5박의 숙박기간동안 , 처음 3일동안에는 조식당에서 아무런 안내(환영), 음료 권유, 등등의 서비스를 전혀 제공받지 못함. (어떠한 스탭인지 이름을 알지만 밝히지 않겠음) . 그래서 노보텔 BKK는 조식당 서비느는 없는줄 알고 불만이 없었으나 다른 고객들에게는 모두 서비스 하는것을 보고 약간 실망함. 나중에 피드백을 하려고 했는데 다행히 나머지 2일은 FRIENDLY한 스탭들로 만족스러운 조식당 경험이었음. 전반적으로 매우 만족함 (초반의 조식당 경험을 제외하면 )
