While we regret to hear that certain aspects of your stay did not meet your expectations, we are pleased to know that Irushad provided you with impeccable room service and made such a positive impression. We will make sure he is recognized for his dedication and hard work, along with Rohim, our chef at the buffet, who prepared omelettes and fried eggs during breakfast. That said, we are disappointed to learn that you felt the overall service and experience did not reflect the warmth and hospitality that the Maldives is known for. Dear Valued Guest, Thank you for sharing your detailed feedback. We deeply regret to hear that your stay did not meet your expectations, and we sincerely apologize for the issues you encountered. Please allow us to address some of your concerns. Regarding your arrival, we understand that the delay in picking you up from the seaplane dock was frustrating. This was due to back-to-back arrivals and departures on that day, and we apologize for the wait. We are always striving to improve the efficiency of our services, and your experience will certainly help us review and enhance the process. Furthermore, we apologize about the room-related concerns you mentioned. While we aim to provide comfort, we understand that the room size, furniture, and air conditioning setup were not to your satisfaction. Your comments will be shared with our housekeeping and maintenance teams for evaluation and improvement. As for the beach, we acknowledge that the cleanliness of the water can vary throughout the day, especially with natural factors such as sea currents. Our team works hard to maintain the beach, and we’ll continue to monitor and improve the cleaning efforts. We will also assess the impact of sand barge pipe in beach areas to ensure that our guests are able to enjoy a pristine environment. Please accept our apologies for any inconvenience caused. We are also disappointed to hear that the food offerings and service did not meet your expectations.
