The hotel was gorgeous, very clean and very stylish. Our room had a fabulous view over the ocean. Breakfast was great so much choice and the same for the buffet dinner ( which we had one night) . The staff were lovely so friendly and attentive. We had a lovely relaxing stay. Thank you .

Our stay at the hotel was excellent, and I’d especially like to highlight Matija at the front desk. He was always kind, professional, and incredibly helpful with everything we needed. It’s always a pleasure to meet staff who genuinely care. Highly recommend this hotel!

This is my third time visiting Rixos Premium Dubrovnik where i already feel like at home, Hotel is very clean, stuff is really friendly, food is excelent and view is amazing, i will come back definetly, i was playing biliard and working out in gym with the best view ever.

Quite how this hotel is classed as 5 star is beyond me, most definitely the worst hotel I have ever been to, and that includes Travelodges! - The place was a building site, noise coming from all angles. - The spa is extremely unhygienic, went once, really horrible experience. - The indoor pool is disgusting, mould all over the place. - The hotel smells of smoke everywhere (I'm assuming smoking indoors is still legal in Croatia. - The food is greasy, how do so many reviewers think this breakfast is good!? - Evening meals are pretty much the same every night, really poor drinks selection. - The staff did not care about the state the hotel was in. - The location was poor, really dangerous walk to the old town down narrow paths with buses speeding past. - Virtually no furniture on the balcony, don't bother upgrading to a sea view. - No privacy on the balcony, you're neighbours will be looking straight in to your room if they are using their balcony. - Smoke alarms just hanging down by their wires everywhere. Overall, an awful experience that we will not be repeating, certainly will be steering clear of any RIXOS Hotel in future. The Old Town in Dubrovnik is lovely though, just make sure you stay somewhere else!

Our hotel is a non-smoking property in accordance with Croatian law, with designated outdoor smoking areas. If you experienced otherwise, we will certainly reinforce the policy with our staff. As for location, many guests enjoy the peaceful setting and scenic walk to the Old Town, though we recognize preferences vary. We're sorry to hear you did not find it suitable.
