Sparkling and still water in the lobby upon arrival is a nice touch. Nice shower. Clean room. A/C is fine. Parking rates in the underground garage are reasonable, although if you have an EV I don't think every charging station works (you should be able to find one that does, though; bring your own charging cord). Please note that you need to contact the hotel prior to your stay in order to reserve a spot in the parking garage (all vehicles must have a reservation). I wish they made this part of the online reservation process. Based on cleanliness alone, we would stay here again. The walk to the touristy part of Colmar takes no more than 5-6 minutes. This is a great option in Colmar.

Just amazing. Rooms are excellent and very clean. Staff is very helpful and friendly. Location very good, just a five minute walk from the city centre. Breakfast is ok, children under 14 eat for free. Novotel never dissapoints me. Would recommend!

We stayed in the hotel in Aug 2023 to visit Colmar. It is great hotel, we stayed in a suite on top of the hotel and it is spacious which got 2 big flat TV. Facilities are new and so clean. It is also close to tourist area, maybe just 10 min walking. The price is much more reasonable compared to Paris. The foods were very good with delicious cheeses. If you want to find quiet place to stay I think this hotel is ideal.

Great small size hotel, well located, clean, modern and with a great inside patio to relax and have a drink! Walking distance to the city center, Room are wide, with nice shower and bathroom, desk, sofa, large TV screen and Nespresso machine, great TEAM always ready to help

After a 9 hour drive from Hamburg we were pretty tired found out there were no car parks available the staff that evening were very friendly and nice and tried to get a park which they did but our car didn’t fit. All ok found a park on the street that night and the hotel staff found us a place the next day. When we arrived in our room an executive room the layout was a bit usual but after spending some time in the room we decided it was actually ok. Positives staff both day time and night time staff were excellent nice helpful and very friendly Having a water machine in the foyer was a bonus and worked well you can fill up their water bottles and take it to the room. The shower haha was pretty modern with a few buttons to push but it was fantastic lots of options to use!! We were very happy we chose this hotel the location was pretty good about 500 metres from the start of all the shops restaurants etc
