I was glad to have spoken with you during your visit, and I'm truly sorry to hear that your experience after our conversation did not meet your expectations. It's important to me that each guest leaves feeling valued, and I regret that the follow-up communication regarding your refund did not reflect that. I understand the frustration you felt while waiting for the refund, especially after I assured you it would be processed within a specific timeframe. Unfortunately, there are instances where banking processes can delay transactions, which is out of our control. I sincerely apologize for any added stress this caused you. I also appreciate your feedback regarding your overall experience at our hotel.
