Dear Valued Guest, Thank you for sharing your feedback about your recent experience. I’m sorry to hear that your stay did not live up to your previous visit. It’s disappointing to learn that the quality of the dining experience has declined significantly. We appreciate your comparison of last year's offerings, such as the coconut soup with salmon and the chocolate fondant, to this year's simpler meals. I understand how disappointing it can be to find the same dessert served again at breakfast and to miss out on the ambiance and thoughtful touches you enjoyed before. Regarding the "SPA" experience, I apologize that it didn’t provide the romantic atmosphere you were expecting. Please note that the hotel's spa has always been a shared facility and requires advance booking during specific operating hours. If you were looking for privacy, you could have paid an additional fee for this service at the front desk during check-in. Alternatively, you could have contacted us in advance, and we would have been happy to provide you with a complimentary welcome treat. I appreciate your comments about the champagne and welcome fruits in the room. It’s clear that your expectations were not met in these areas, and I will ensure your feedback is passed along to the relevant teams for review. We are pleased that you found the rooms spacious and appreciated the assistance from our reception staff and manager, Vladislav. Your positive comments about their helpfulness and professionalism are greatly appreciated. However, we deeply regret the issues you encountered during your stay. The water outage and air conditioning problems are certainly not reflective of the high standards we aim to maintain, and we apologize for any inconvenience these caused. We appreciate your feedback and are pleased to hear that you had an overall positive experience at our hotel. We are glad that you found our location convenient, being very close to the old town, and appreciated the parking facilities right outside the hotel. We understand your concerns about the parking fee and will consider your suggestion of offering a discount to our hotel guests for extended stays. It's wonderful to hear that you found your room nice and clean, with a perfectly working shower and much-needed air conditioning during the hot days. We're also pleased that our housekeeping team met your expectations each morning. Regarding the restaurant menu, we appreciate your feedback. While we strive to provide a diverse menu, we understand that our proximity to the old town with its numerous dining options can be a great alternative for our guests. We're glad you enjoyed the breakfast variety and the cosy atmosphere in the bar at night. We are especially pleased to hear that our staff was polite and helpful, with good English skills.
