A bit grim.

Great location but beyond that, not great. Breakfast is chaos with seemingly not enough crockery to go round. Heating didn't work in our room and despite requesting a heater to be brought to our room, it never arrived. So we'd damp towels that we couldn't dry and condensation forming pools of water on the windowsill. Then there was the leaking waste pipe on the loo.

We stayed here for a few days for the 2024 Paralympics. We got it at a good price and value for money was good. We loved the funky film-theme throughout the hotel. Staff were friendly, rooms were clean and bright; there is a good eat-as-much-as-you-need continental breakfast including DIY fresh orange juice and boiled eggs. 15-minute walk to Stade de France (straight up one road if you want to enter Stade de France via entrances S to U); 7-minutes walk to nearest Metro station (which is on line B, 15 minute ride direct to Gard du Nord and Notre Dame) ; 2-minutes walk to nearest supermarket and restaurants (on the same road as the hotel). Cheap and cheerful - perfect for our needs.

We booked this hotel for easy reach to the Olympic stadium, it was pricey but that's due to its location and this specific event. It was clean and well maintained, staff were friendly. Breakfast was included it the price, plenty of continental choice. I would recommend this venue. A cool movie theme throughout the hotel.

Perfect value for money for a one or two night business trip. Clean, friendly staff, OK breakfast. The basics are all in order here. The shower was a bit low for my height, but warm. Towels were soft. So was the bed. Airco would have resulted in 5 stars.
